Ingredients:
- ½ pineapple peeled
- 1 pc fresh lemongrass
- 1pt coconut milk
- 8tsp agave nectar
- 4tsp Elixir 92 sea moss
- 1/2tsp icelandic sea salt
- zest and juice from 4 limes
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Freeze through, and process in ice cream machine. Dust with matcha powder and serve.
